Methodology to Access an Over-the-Phone Interpreter

1. Dial toll-free number.
2. Our customer service associate (CSA) will prompt you for the following information:
        Access Code
        Language Needed
        Caller’s Name
        Division Code
    You will be placed on hold briefly, and connected to an interpreter.
3. Introduce yourself and briefly explain the situation to the interpreter.
4. Instruct the interpreter to proceed.

Average connection time to an interpreter in the language of your choice is 30 seconds.
